Grown, brewed, and bottled by us — our Sparkling Tea Kombucha is a live, naturally fermented drink made from single estate tea and fruit we cultivate ourselves. Small batch. Full of character. Green — made from a small batch of our loose leaf roasted green tea, lightly sparkling and refreshingly clean. Yuzu — possibly our favourite! Bright and citrus-forward, made by steeping yuzu fruit (grown here on our organic farm) with our loose leaf black tea. Raspberry & Fig Leaf — going back to our roots… made with our own raspberries, a short infusion of fig leaf and our loose leaf black tea. Ginger — a quiet entry into our sparkling range. If it wasn't limited by the amount of ginger we have grown… it would possibly steal the show. Baked Apple (Seasonal) — autumn in a bottle. Made with apples from the farm and our own loose leaf black tea, gently sparkling with a soft, rounded fruitiness.
