1981 London Made Textured 4mm Wedder, 9ct Yellow Gold, size 7 or just over N1/2, 2.25g

When it comes to non-sizeable bands we do find a lot in the smaller sizes - but less in that middle range. So when this ring slid down the mandrel and also onto my ring finger we knew we were onto a winner. Suckers for hallmarks - we immediately knew this was a 1980s piece - mostly because Kirsty is always on the search for the "H" the year after this "G" was struck. With that fabulous almost bark like texture when you look close you can see the tool marks that have made this fabulous random angular pattern. So 1981 folks - where are you? Particulars: Size 7 or just over N1/2 - might fit more like 6.75 or N due to 4mm width and flat profile (NOT sizeable) Weight 2.25g Width 4mm x 0.9mm Hallmarks - fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, London and the G for 1981, and the makers mark "JEW" Condition - ring has not been sized - pattern is not broken - pattern still clear all the way around, light surface wear to the gold. Care - As a general rule - jewellery should not be worn for strenuous tasks that may put pressure, chemicals and weight on them (think cleaning, gym, swimming/spa, carrying things).
