Nicola’s childhood favourite toy was a yellow rubber ducky, nad the colours of her childhood were largely pastel pinks, yellows, and celadon green. This King Ducky with it’s 24ct gold lustre crown is a contemporary take on those childhood memories, as well as being a further expression of Nicola’s ongoing theme of impermanence, life transition and joy in the everyday.
