Night Pager Paddle Shifter with Works Bell Boss Kit is a Porsche 987 specific paddle shift kit designed to improve your driving experience. Night Pager offers a specialised paddle shifter designed for Porsche Cayman & Boxster (987) equipped with PDK or Tiptronic transmissions. PDK and Tiptronic are Porsche automatic transmission systems that allow the driver to manually change gears. With this kit, you can control those manual shifts directly from the steering wheel, even when replacing the standard steering wheel with an aftermarket one, allowing for quicker, more convenient and fully customised driving. Night Pager Paddle Shifter kit includes the paddle shifter unit, standard length Porsche hub adapter (P/N #0997), shift control harness, horn grounding ring, horn button ring, jumpers, fuses and installation bolts. The dedicated harness (intermediate coupler) makes installation simple. No wiring modifications, cutting or soldering are required. Disconnect the shifter connectors from your original steering wheel and connect them to the paddle shifter. Night Pager Paddle Shifter is designed to retain the original manual gear-shifting function when changing to an aftermarket steering wheel. The paddle shifter is installed between the steering wheel and Works Bell boss kit, providing a complete solution for retaining paddle-shift functionality with an aftermarket steering wheel. Night Pager Paddle Shifter is designed to retain manual gear-shifting functionality while adding style, practicality and improved control when using an aftermarket steering wheel. Main unit is 20 mm thick and is installed between the steering wheel and Works Bell boss kit. The paddle position can be adjusted by 10 mm to suit different steering wheel sizes and driver hand positions, while the overall paddle width can be adjusted from 285 mm to 315 mm. Fast and precise gear changes are achieved with the quick 7 mm stroke, giving a direct and responsive driving feel. Pull the right paddle to upshift and the left paddle to downshift. System uses an aluminium alloy main body and paddles with an Alumite-treated finish, providing a lightweight and motorsport-inspired appearance. The Night Pager Paddle Shifter is compatible with 6 × 70 mm PCD steering wheels, such as MOMO, and 6 × 74 mm PCD steering wheels, such as Nardi.
