2025 Estate Viognier

Our first vintage with organic certification. Bright, light golden colour with some depth, a little paler on the rim. The nose is reserved in expression, with a concentrated core of lemon curd and stonefruits. Dry to taste and medium-full bodied, restrained flavours of white flesh stonefruits as well as musk and lemon curd. The mouthfeel is mellow with soft acidity and rounded textures, underlined by a fine phenolic thread. This Viognier is reserved in expression with some stone fruit, complex savoury notes, and flinty reductive flavours on a soft palate.
