Camilla Compact Traditional Outdoor Sauna Kit 1-2 Person

The Camilla Compact Traditional Outdoor Sauna Kit is a 1-2 person ThermoWood garden sauna supplied with a thermostat-controlled Harvia Vega Compact BC35 3.5kW heater and stones, dimmable LED lighting, and a Heracles bucket and ladle. Based on Harvia guidance, an estimated one-hour heater cycle from cold uses around 2.6–2.9kWh. Compact Traditional Sauna A real sauna ritual, without surrendering the garden The Camilla Compact complete kit brings together the cabin, Harvia BC35 heater and stones, dimmable LED lighting, and a Heracles bucket and ladle. It gives one or two people the heat, steam and timber atmosphere of a traditional sauna without demanding a large garden. Built from ThermoWood with a tempered glass door, alder benches and a Katepal black roof, it is a practical choice for patios, smaller gardens and compact wellness spaces. 1-2 Person Capacity 3m³ Interior Volume 1.67m External Width Everything Included One kit for the full sauna ritual The cabin, Harvia BC35 heater and stones, dimmable LED lighting, and Heracles sauna accessories are all included in the £3,999 kit price. Harvia Vega Compact BC35 A 3.5kW electric heater with simple built-in controls and 12kg of sauna stones, correctly sized for the Camilla Compact’s 3m³ interior. Dimmable LED Lighting Adjustable interior lighting lets you set a softer atmosphere for evening sauna sessions. Included value: £279. Heracles Sauna Accessories A matching bucket and ladle give you the essentials for adding water to the stones and creating traditional sauna steam. Included value: £149. Premium Features Crafted for Small Spaces A compact outdoor sauna with the same practical materials and traditional sauna feel as the larger garden models. ThermoWood Construction Thermally treated timber improves durability, dimensional stability and outdoor resistance compared with untreated wood. Tempered Glass Door The full-height glass door keeps the compact cabin feeling lighter, brighter and more open inside. Alder Wood Benches Smooth alder benching gives the sauna a clean traditional interior and remains comfortable in sauna heat. Katepal Black Roof A durable roof finish designed to help protect the cabin from year-round outdoor exposure. Compact Footprint At just 167cm wide and 120cm deep, the Camilla Compact suits patios and smaller gardens. Traditional Sauna Heat A stone-filled electric heater delivers the enveloping heat and steam of a traditional sauna. Energy Use Four sauna sessions a week for around £12–£13.35 a month From a cold start, one hour with the heater switched on is estimated to cost around £0.69–£0.77. The BC35 draws its full 3.5kW while heating up, then its thermostat cycles the elements at about 50% power to maintain the chosen temperature. £0.69–£0.77 One Hour From Cold £2.76–£3.08 Four Sessions Per Week £12–£13.35 Average Monthly Cost £144–£160 Estimated Annual Cost What regular use costs Using the Camilla Compact for one hour from cold, four times a week, works out at around £2.76–£3.08 per week. Averaged across the year, that is about £12–£13.35 per month and £144–£160 per year. These estimates use Ofgem’s average capped Direct Debit electricity rate of 26.32p per kWh for 1 October–31 December 2026 and Harvia’s guidance that a correctly sized heater normally runs at full output for the first 30–40 minutes, then at roughly 50% power as the thermostat cycles. Actual cost will depend on your tariff, the outdoor temperature, your chosen sauna temperature, ventilation and how often the door is opened. The LED lighting is excluded. Material Choice Why ThermoWood? ThermoWood is timber that has been heat-treated to improve stability and durability. The process reduces moisture content and helps the wood resist warping, shrinking and rot. It also performs well in a sauna environment, helping create a comfortable, consistent heat inside the cabin. For the Camilla Compact, the point is simple: a small cabin still deserves durable outdoor materials. The ThermoWood shell keeps the footprint tidy without making the sauna feel like a temporary garden ornament.
