Aging Aged first in steel, followed by two months in the bottle. Analytical Data Alcohol 13.5% vol. Tasting Notes Brilliant straw white color. Rich aromas of white flowers, ethereal, very persistent bouquet. The flavor has an attractive mineral quality, fresh, delicate and soft, with a round structured body. Serving Recommendations Serve well chilled 10-11°C. Ideal wine as an aperitif and for pasta and rice dishes without tomato sauce, white meats, fish and fresh cheeses.
