The TQ Lite Pouch is a streamlined, modular solution for carrying a tourniquet and essential wound care built for fast access when seconds matter. Our two-piece design pairs the Modular TQ Receiver with a removable tourniquet sleeve (tourniquet not included), allowing you to stage your tourniquet exactly where you need it. The tourniquet sleeve features three elastic loops to securely hold a windlass-style tourniquet and a small wound dressing, keeping everything tight, organized, and ready. Designed to move with your system, the TQ Pouch Lite is built with our signature MOLLE attachment system and transitions seamlessly from pack belt to chest rig—or anywhere you have MOLLE compatible real estate.
