About this coffee Located in Pueblo Rico, Risaralda, within the Chocó Biogeographic region, La Palma benefits from one of Colombia's most diverse and privileged environments. High altitude, abundant rainfall and slow cherry maturation contribute to particularly expressive and complex profiles. Produced by Andrea and Jaime under the guidance of Yeimy Loaiza, this Caturro Chiroso underwent a controlled 48-hour fermentation designed to enhance aromatic intensity while preserving cup clarity. In the cup Nectarine and black cherry provide a ripe and elegant fruit character, supported by delicate orange blossom florals. Cola notes emerge in the finish, adding depth and persistence.
