If you are experiencing performance issues with your Critical Torque, please fill out the repair request form and our team will work with you on a repair or replacement. Please note the warranty is void if the machine is found to be overlubricated, if the machine has been dropped or fall damage incurred, if the motor has been opened or tampered with, or any other unauthorized repairs made or attempted. Note, due to the nature of the finish, motor, and parts, utilizing non-approved cleaning methods such as autoclaving also voids the warranty. We recommend proper wrapping/bagging of the machine during use, and cold sterilization methods be used such as Madacide or other germicidal agents. In-Warranty Repairs (within 1 year of purchase): Any parts we repair are covered by a minimum 90-day guarantee or until the original 1-year warranty expires—whichever is longer. Please note: the warranty for all original, unrepaired parts remains within the initial 1-year term and does not reset. Out-of-Warranty Repairs or Replacements: All repaired or replaced parts are covered by a 90-day guarantee from the date of service.
