Hillier Bartley was founded by British designers Luella Bartley and Katie Hillier in 2015 and was made in England. Now no longer available, the brand was playful and demonstrated a modern British femininity with strong masculine influences. Description: Lilac silk blouse from Hillier Bartley. A/W 2016. With cravat style necktie which runs off from the collar, ties at the front and is embellished with lilac fringing at the end of each tie. Made in Italy. Marked size 14. Fabric content: 100% silk.
