Ralph Sauer has beautifully arranged the Peer Gynt Suite No. 1 by Edvard Grieg for Tuba (or Bass Trombone) and Piano. Grieg's music was composed in 1875 to be the incidental music for Henrik Ibsen's play by the same name that premiered in 1876. The suite contains about 9 minutes of beautiful music and is suitable for moderately advanced performers. The four movements are amongst the most popular in the classical repertoire: I.
