Termed classic for good reason, this osetra is harvested from Acipenser Gueldenstadtii sturgeon and has mild character, good structure, and is accessibly priced for those just getting started with our offerings. The eggs showcase a slightly golden color and deep umami, making them a versatile accompaniment for a variety of situations - classic caviar service with blinis, chives, and sour cream; finishing a beurre blanc and coating a filet of dover sole; or simply scooped out of the jar with potato chips.
