A blend of 70% Grenache - 20% Syrah - 10% Mourvèdre made from 50 year-old vines. 18 months in foudre, demi-muids, concrete vats and stainless-steel tanks Complex nose with deep aromas of candied Morello cherries, plum, tobacco, laurel, pepper, flint, thyme and fenugreek. On the palate, elegance coexists with power, beautiful presence from the attack to the finish, lovely tannic relief without dryness, long finish with promising bitters.
