Ethiopia Ocholo Bedecho Espresso
One of our favourite Ethiopian coffees from last year, we’re excited to release this single farm coffee again from producer Mr. Ocholo Bedecho. A beautifully aromatic lot from his 8-hectare farm. Produced by him and his family. A great expression of what is possible by isolating individual farmers’ coffee throughout Ethiopia. Through this, he has been able to send all of his children to school, which can still be a privilege for small coffee producers in Ethiopia. His exceptional washed coffee from Guji tastes of candied apricot flavours and Earl Grey tea aromatics with a malic pear acidity.
