The ACT Head Impact Tracker is a compact sports sensor designed to measure forces acting on the head during activity. For accurate measurements, the sensor must be securely attached to the head. The Gamepatch Padded Headguard X provides an integrated solution with a dedicated opening designed to hold the sensor firmly in place, while also offering protective padding and stability during sports. Multiple Mounting Options – Sensor can also be attached to headbands, hairbands, helmets, or other accessories using hook-and-loop (Velcro). Strong Adhesive Mounting – Back panel includes a high-adhesion surface for attaching hook tape for secure mounting. Helmet Compatible – Can be used with helmets if permitted by the helmet manufacturer (helmet mounting may affect measurement values). Mobile App Connectivity – Works with the ACT Head Impact Tracker smartphone app for monitoring and data transfer. Bluetooth Communication – Wireless connection between the sensor and smartphone (range depends on environment). Cloud-Based Data System – Impact data can be transferred via the app to the ACT cloud platform. Automatic Power Management – Sensor switches off automatically after 3 hours to conserve battery.
