Outdoor Grill 2-Hour Catering Package Chicken and Pork are cooked in our custom rotisserie oven using hickory smoked flavor and special seasonings. All food is served buffet style and includes use of catering equipment, plateware and condiments for a two-hour event. Food is based on 1/4 pound of pork and 2 pieces of chicken per person.
