Either way being alive is like the girl on stilts or a pogo stick, bouncing back with far more than nine lives saved. How many more must I endure? Against all odds, I remain fixed to arbitrary orbit I elected to make not expecting lack of respite, solace or shade. I count the costs and there are many. I am pieced together, patched by a feather of hope, rolling hill memory and this green heart held as perfected prayer, spherical made. The path laid out before me brightly, still I am stretched so far by sheer will to survive and way I fly blind, falling through time like a wild bird frayed.
