Blend 60% Chenin blanc 28% Verdelho 6% Chardonnay 6% Viognier This wine was barrel-fermented and matured for a total of 10 months in French oak barrels. The first month allowed for the completion of fermentation and approximately 30% malolactic fermentation, with the remainder of the time spent on the lees.
