Luz Divia Fierro operates a small farm that is part of a special foundation, Manos al Grano, which supports 34 small farms throughout Nariño and Huila, providing full-time, salaried coffee pickers for farms. This alleviates the hurdles for farmers in finding pickers, and provides better stability, wages, benefits and more for the picker. The six full-time pickers and Luz have produced a delicious washed pink bourbon that highlights everything we love about this varietal.
