The palate is rich yet refined, driven by ripe orchard fruit and candied citrus notes that glide across a silky texture. Bright acidity brings lift and energy, while a pronounced mineral streak adds tension and structure through the long, focused finish. Lingering hints of fresh mint leave a vibrant final impression.Ageing/Vinification: Vinification: Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation temperature: 17°C. Maturation period: 10 months.Vineyard: Cultivation area: Novacella and Rasa, at an elevation of 650–750 m above sea level. The soils are light, well-drained moraine deposits composed of mica schist, para-gneiss, and quartzite. Exposure is south to south-west. The grape variety is Kerner, trained using the Guyot system, with a planting density of approximately 6,000 vines per hectare.
