Our cosmetic expertise blends seamlessly with your vision to create a one-of-one product that does exactly what you want it to. PLEASE NOTE: This service is available exclusively to select clients. Before purchasing, please ensure thatTHIS FORM is accessible while you are logged into your customer account. WHAT YOU GET A personal consultation with our founder to ensure your product is crafted exactly to your specifications. A one-year supply of your custom product. Concierge support for a full year after purchase. Preferred pricing on future reorders of your custom formula once development is complete. THE PROCESS STEP I: Add this product to your cart and complete payment. This fee covers the review of your product request in addition to the research & development of a proposed formula, complete with a comprehensive ingredient breakdown and a detailed overview of the results you can expect from using it. STEP II: Please complete THIS FORM with as much detail as possible to prevent delays during the formulation process. STEP III: Once your proposal is delivered, you may decide whether you wish to proceed with production. If you choose to move forward, we will begin the manufacturing process and send you an order agreement. You will receive updates throughout every stage and enjoy a collaborative development experience. The initial proposal is non-binding, and you are free to request changes, which we will accommodate wherever possible. STEP IV: Depending on the type of product and the sourcing requirements for the necessary ingredients, delivery can be expected within 8–16 weeks after order confirmation. Once your product is received, enjoy complimentary concierge support for a full year to ensure you get the best possible experience from your custom formulation. TERMS & CONDITIONS Purchase of one Bespoke R&D Fee covers the development of one (1) formula. If you wish to create multiple products, a separate purchase and form submission is required for each formula requested. The R&D Fee ($100 per formula) is non-refundable. In the event you choose not to proceed with production, the fee will remain non-refundable. Comprehensive product pricing will be included within your proposal document. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Once production is confirmed and the deposit is received, orders cannot be canceled. However, we will make any adjustments we reasonably can according to your wishes.
