Grape Variety: There seems to be some debate as to whether this is Pinot Noir or Gamay. And may or may not contain some Chardonnay. Either way, it's delicious! Producer: Anne & Jean-Francois Ganevat Region: Beaujolais / Côtes du Jura, Jura, France Wild Scale: 4/5 Vegan friendly wine 12% alcohol Winemaking: Organic grapes sourced from outside of Jura were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast with semi-carbonic maceration techniques. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. This Wine: Negoce wine from the Ganevats. See above, we don't know the exact varieties but it's light and juicy with deep fruit and a hint of funk. Drink chilled. Notes on the Winemaker: It's Ganevat.
