The “Double Distillery” concept combines malt whisky from the coastal Kanosuke Distillery with spirit crafted at the Hioki Distillery, resulting in a layered and highly individual expression. Matured across a combination of re-charred ex-shochu casks, sherry casks and rum casks, the whisky showcases the innovative cask management that has become a defining feature of Kanosuke releases.
