Kid's C+S Class (ages 13-16)

Your child will learn to have fun with various movement modalities and become stronger and more coordinated in the process. We will form a base of strength with gymnastics rings and ground movements, and then play with various coordination building exercises, from juggling to dribbling to balancing work, and more. Movement can bring joy, it can heal, and it can help us improve our performance in all areas of life. Most importantly, it's healthy and your child will have fun.
