Thierry Beclair Thierry Beclair is a discreet winemaker from Rochefort-sur-Loire, France, who crafts natural wines that have garnered a dedicated following, particularly in Japan. Operating La Cave Béclair alongside Gildas Béclair, Thierry produces a variety of natural wines, including whites made from Chenin Blanc, reds from Gamay, rosés blending Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Grolleau, and Gamay, as well as sparkling wines. His creations are celebrated for their authenticity and unique expression of the Loire Valley terroir.
