No Spoon Required. Watermelon Sorbet, inspired by the simple pleasure of picking something purely because it makes you happy, is divided into two fields of colour: a vivid, saturated magenta above and a bright, almost electric green below, separated by a thin horizontal white groove that holds them in quiet tension. Pink and white circles and dots of varying sizes scatter across the magenta field, with two green circles echoing the lower half back up into the composition. The surface is lively and layered, with deep burgundy pooling at the edges of the upper field giving it real depth.
