Barnfind 1970 VW Beetle Project 1200 Beetle with water cooled engine from VW T25

Found right next to a barn / workshop… Standing 17 years outside 4 Owners (2 in the same Family) 1970 1200 Rolling Shell With a T25 Engine in it (Probably seized but I’d remove it anyway!). Right Heater Channel, Floor edge and Battery tray rotten Much of the rest looks solid more details to follow when I have looked it over properly V5 Here, will be put in buyers name.
