Popular even among non vegetarians! Slow cooked seasoned black beans with a creamy spinach mixture & cheddar cheese rolled into flour tortillas. Topped with red enchilada sauce and more cheese, these will be a new favorite! Small serves 2, large serves 4. We are not an allergen safe kitchen.
