Chateau Barouillet O'Ranch 2021

Château Barouillet is an eighth-generation family estate in Bergerac, led by Vincent Alexis, who has transitioned the vineyards to organic and biodynamic farming with a strong focus on low-intervention winemaking. Working with a diverse mix of traditional Southwest varieties, the wines are made with native fermentations, no fining or filtration, and little to no added sulphur—aiming for purity, drinkability, and honest expression of fruit and place, Orange wine made from Chenin Blanc, Muscadelle and Ondenc, hand harvested and fermented and aged in amphora with indigenous yeasts.
