Battenkill Valley
Very similar looking to F of S11/12 (White Creek Quartz), sibling G (Battenkill Valley) has super upright architecture, medium-broad leaves with blue-silver sheen. Not as fat of a plant girth so we'll see how that translates for bulbs. In the allium family I have seen blue silver sheen to often be a sign that it will do okay under very partial shade conditions, harvesting more refracted light with its shade of blue-silver-green. Named for the mighty Battenkill, the river artery that unites, and somewhat defines the unique culture of the tri-town area known as the Battenkill Valley. Lovely Cambridge, quaint Salem, and…Greenwich…define that lovely corner of the world. (originally G of S11/12 ) -Back to the Garlic Marketplace -Back to browse other True Seed Origin Garlics
