Côte-Rôtie Magnum

This wine is a blend of separate lieux-dits, showcasing a classic, fresh, and focused vintage. Each component reflects its origins distinctly. It features an aromatic style, with subtle tannins and balanced acidity. Whole-bunch fermentation predominates, with aging primarily in old demi-muids. The careful assemblage allows access to Domaine Jamet's Côte Rôtie, leveraging the variety of terroirs, vine exposures, and vine ages across twenty parcels. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels for twenty-two months.
