NexCut X1 Laser Cutting System (MCC200 Control Card) The NexCut X1 system is a new generation of CNC motion control system specifically developed for the field of fiber/CO2 laser cutting machines. It has abundant peripheral resources and powerful functions. Product Features Supports MCC200 control cards, providing independent pulse control for X/Y1/Y2/W/Z axes, compatible with servo and stepper drivers. Integrates capacitor height adjustment function and multiple laser control interfaces, flexibly adaptable to lasers from brands such as Raycus, MAX, and Feibo. Provides 12 general-purpose inputs and 8 optocoupler/thyristor output ports, supporting custom configuration of limit, emergency stop, and alarm signals. The software features offline/online dual operation modes, supporting multi-language interfaces, graphical nesting, flying cut, common-edge bridging, and other efficient processing strategies. Supports floating, workpiece, and manual coordinate systems, and includes a process parameter library and power-off recovery function, enhancing operational flexibility and processing reliability.
