A set of two-level alder benches ensures total comfort while you sweat. They’re supportive, soft on the skin, and provide ample space for up to three bathers. The optional bench and backrest LED light strips offer a soothing ambient glow, using a dimmable system to create gentle illumination. Compatible with an electric heater or wood-burning stove, the Patio XXS’ interior layout promotes a custom experience to give you exactly what you’re looking for. The integrated ventilation system delivers a continuous flow of fresh air to keep each session comfortable. In addition to this kit, you will need: A stable, level foundation - A concrete foundation works best. Heater Package - Pick up a complete heater kit to finish your build. This sauna can support electric or wood-burning heaters (not included). Certified Electrician - You will need a certified electrician to help with the wiring for the sauna heater, controller, lighting, and any other wired accessories. Building Permits - Check with your local building department for any building permits and safety requirements needed before construction. These Saunas ship directly from our New York warehouse via flatbed truck. Shipping times vary depending on inventory levels and delivery location. Cancellations & Returns Cancellations We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days. If an order is canceled after this 4-day grace period ends, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped. Returns Our saunas include a 30-day return policy. You can return this product if: You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date. The product is unused and in its original packaging. Installation has not been attempted. If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
