Shungiku
Compact, fine-leaf shungiku with aromatic, deeply lobed greens. Mild, herbaceous flavor that deepens as the plant matures. Cut greens when 4–8 inches tall for salads, sautéed vegetables, pickles, and sushi. Edible orange and yellow chrysanthemum flowers appear later on plants left unharvested.
