2024 Celler del Roure Vermell
Made from indigenous Valencian grapes Mando and Arcos using 500 year old amphora that Pablo Calatayud discovered when he bought the winery. The resulting wine is floral with loads of raspberry, cherry, licorice and some darker earthy spicey flavours. Everything in the vineyard is hand-picked, its certified organic and uses wild fermentation.
