Visual: Straw yellow with greenish highlights Aromas: Refined and gently aromatic, with white peach, citrus blossom, lemon peel and pear, plus a faint almond note. Flavours: Elegant and balanced, with peach, grapefruit and lemon at the centre. There is a little texture through the mid-palate, typical of Grillo, followed by a fresh, harmonious and persistent finish. Bright, Sicilian and very food-friendly.
