Edith Meza - Finca Tasta - Natural Catuai

In 2013, 1 met Edith Meza as a judge for the National Barista Competition in Peru, and l am proud to enter our second decade personaly sourcing coffees from her Finca Tasta. This coffee is a delicious natural process of the Catuai varietal. Intensely sweet, it features flavors of snappy berries, tangerine and sugar cane with red apple acidity and sweet & smooth white chocolate in the aftertaste. 8oz bag: $13.00
