Our friends over at Cafe Imports Berlin know exactly what we're looking for in a coffee, we were recently sent some samples with a little note saying ' You'll enjoy these ', and they weren't wrong, we bought both coffees and this one of them! Hailing from Manos Juntas in Popyan, Colombia we have ' Raspberry ' - A natural process mixed varietal lot comprising of Castillo, Colombia and Caturra. Aroma/Flavour - Raspberry, Chocolate, Boozy Roast level - Medium Acidity - Medium to Bright Sweetness - Red Berry Mouthfeel - Medium Aftertaste - Long Process/Finish - Natural Fermentation - Origin - Colombia Region - Popayan Coop/Farm(er) - Manos Juntas Varietal(s) - Castillo, Colombia, Caturra Altitude - 1400-2000masl We recommend use with: Best on filter or manual brew methods. Boxes are paperboard with the coffee contained in our biodegradable and recyclable bags. Recommended brew recipe: This is a relatively permeable and quick brewing coffee. Go a little coarser than your usual setting. It is forgiving and tastes real good on any brew method after 14 days or more.
