Dried Calciworms for wild birds

Bought from a reliable source. Dried Calciworms (black soldier fly larvae) are a highly nutritious food for wild birds. They are rich in protein and offer a calcium content of up to 10 x higher than dried mealworms, making them excellent for supporting strong bone development, feather growth, and, crucially, egg production in breeding birds. A beneficial all-year-round food, especially for blackbirds, robins and starlings. They can be fed dry however we would recommend soaking them for around 15 minutes to improve hydration for birds and prevent choking hazards in young birds. Can be mixed with Sunflower Hearts or other seeds to provide a balanced diet. Ideal for feeding in our Universal Ground Feeder.
