Firstly, peel open the plastic sheet on the bust area first, one cup at a time Second step - Place bra on to bust, scoop and align to centre before pressing bra down Third step - Open the plastic sheet for the side wings and place it downwards Fourth step - Repeat the same steps for the other side How to clean?
