Her work is defined by finely hand-painted arabesque patterns, now coplemented by rich moss-green Oribe-style glazes alongside her signature warm yellow-brown tones, Subtle and refined, her pieces have become a valued presence in homes across Japan. With this set of a cup and a saucer, she uses a dripper to apply slip onto the surfaces in an arabesque pattern distinctive in her work.
