CARE: The life span of the product will very much vary depending upon each individual dogs activity levels and the length of time wearing a collar. To enable longevity of your collar and accessories, our guidance would be to wear on walks but not as a daily long term collar as wear and tear will occur with all items that are worn on a regular basis due to the nature of the materials used. WASHING: All our collars and accessories are designed to be high quality and durable. We recommend our collars leads and bandana's are either hand or machine washed on a cool cycle, and allowed to dry flat. All other products should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. DELIVERY: Most of our collars, leads and accessories are handmade to order. Please do allow up to 15 working days prior to dispatch.
