MAY 9TH · 2PM–4PM · GOODONYA (ENCINITAS) Jeff (and possibly Jackie) will lead a one-hour gluten-free sourdough workshop. We’ll walk through our full process step-by-step and share a flexible recipe for making two loaves using organic flours like oat, buckwheat, or teff. This is a guided demonstration covering every stage—from starter conditions to finished dough—so you understand how it all comes together. Each guest will receive a complimentary sorghum starter and a scalable recipe to continue baking at home. We are going to make a bunch of GF bread to give out and any extra ingredients we will be giving away!! We’ll also provide a detailed list of trusted vendors for sourcing high-quality organic ingredients. This class is designed to give you the confidence to make a real, healthy alternative to conventional bread. This is a simple recipe its like mixing concrete. Limited to 16 seats.
