Garlic Herb Some blends start with an experiment. This one started with a kitchen that smelled incredible. We wanted a go-to herb blend that could do it all โ something that could transform a simple dough into golden focaccia, turn a roast into something worth gathering around, and make a pot of soup taste like it had been simmering all day. After about a year of fine-tuning in our kitchen here on the farm, perfection was achieved! Garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme. Simple, classic, and exactly right. We hope it finds a permanent spot in your kitchen the way it has in ours. Wonderful On: ๐ซ Dipping Oil โ Stir into good olive oil and get out of the way. ๐ Focaccia โ This is where it lives. Press it into the dough and let the oven do the rest. ๐ Pizza Sauce & Crusts โ Into the sauce, onto the crust โ yes to both. ๐ Roasts โ Rub it in generously.
