Garlic Herb Some blends start with an experiment. This one started with a kitchen that smelled incredible. We wanted a go-to herb blend that could do it all — something that could transform a simple dough into golden focaccia, turn a roast into something worth gathering around, and make a pot of soup taste like it had been simmering all day. After about a year of fine-tuning in our kitchen here on the farm, perfection was achieved! Garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme. Simple, classic, and exactly right. We hope it finds a permanent spot in your kitchen the way it has in ours. Wonderful On: 🫒 Dipping Oil — Stir into good olive oil and get out of the way. 🍞 Focaccia — This is where it lives. Press it into the dough and let the oven do the rest. 🍕 Pizza Sauce & Crusts — Into the sauce, onto the crust — yes to both. 🍖 Roasts — Rub it in generously. Your kitchen will smell amazing. 🥣 Soups & Stews — Add early and let it settle in. A little depth goes a long way. 🫕 Broths — The quiet backbone of a great broth.
