The Happy Uterus Heat Pack & Eye Pillow Designed to wrap around your body, this wearable heat pack feels like a warm cuddle for pelvic pain, cramps, and lower back pain. Featuring an adjustable strap, you can position it wherever feels most comfortable. The slimline heat pack fits perfectly into the pouch and can be worn over or underneath clothing. Note: this product comes as two separate pieces (heat pack + wearable pouch), designed to be used together. The approximate sizing is based on the measurement between your hips and waist. We never want sizing to be a barrier to comfort. Please read thoroughly before first use. If misplaced, we’re happy to provide an electronic copy. To use hot: Important: the pouch and plushie cannot go in the microwave. Remove the individual heat packs before heating. Only heat your heat pack in a microwave oven. Heating times may vary depending on your microwave. Remove the heat pack from the pouch and plushie. Heat for 1 minute initially, then in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Do not reheat until completely cooled. Only heat from room temperature, otherwise it may become a fire hazard. To use cold: Place the heat pack inside a bag and into the freezer for at least 1 hour.
