Learn to Sew Day Workshop (Aug 16th)

All day workshop: Sunday 16th August DETAILS: In this class you can be a total beginner wanting to learn a new skill or an intermediate, keen sewer who would like to improve your sewing skills. The session will give you the opportunity to share ideas and skills in a very relaxed environment. The aim of the class is for you to gain essential skills needed to make a garment. WHAT’S INCLUDED? All sewing resources, including the use of a sewing machine will be provided including fabric and pattern to make a garment. PRICE: £190 per person NUMBER OF SESSIONS: 1 DATES: Sunday 16th August 9:30-4:30 with a 30min break for lunch WHO IS THE CLASS FOR? beginner / intermediate MAX CLASS SIZE: 4 TUTOR: Michelle is an experienced tutor and lectured in fashion and textiles for 27 years. She has an Honours Degree in Fashion Design from Ravensbourne College of Art and Design and holds a PGCE from the University of Exeter. REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
