Each mill is individually crafted from recycled olive orchard trimmings- richly grained olive wood, a hardwood prized for its remarkable patterns, warm golden tones, and exceptional durability. Because no two pieces of olive wood are exactly alike, every mill has its own distinctive grain and character- making each one truly unique. The Pepper Mill includes an all stainless steel bottom mechanism, and the salt mill is made of ceramic.
