Place your order and provide details about your device and the fault using the information box on this page. Your payment method will be authorised at checkout, but you will not be charged until our technicians have reviewed your request. If we believe we can assist, we'll capture the authorised payment and send you instructions for shipping your device to us. If we don't believe we can help, the authorisation will be released and no charge will be made. Technician review: We'll assess the information you've provided. Payment and shipping instructions: If we can assist, your payment will be captured and we'll send instructions for shipping your device to us. Send your device: Ship your equipment to us for inspection. Diagnosis and repair: We'll diagnose the fault and carry out repair work covered by the included labour allowance. Quotation if required: If replacement parts or additional labour are needed, we'll provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding. Tracked return: Once complete, your device will be returned using our tracked return service. Initial Repair Quotations In some cases, the likely fault may be clear from the information you provide, such as a cracked display, damaged connector or another clearly identifiable component failure. Where possible, our technicians may provide an initial repair estimate before you send your device to us. If replacement parts are likely to be required, we'll discuss the expected costs with you before authorising the repair process. Parts & Additional Labour The service fee covers the initial diagnostic work and up to 1 hour of labour. If replacement parts are required or the repair needs additional labour beyond the included time allowance, we'll issue a quotation for your approval. No further chargeable repair work will be carried out without your approval. Important Information Customers are responsible for shipping the device to us. The service fee becomes non-refundable once diagnostic work has commenced. No additional repair work will be carried out without customer approval. We recommend backing up any important data before sending your device. Successful repair cannot be guaranteed until the device has been inspected and diagnosed.
