This design is inspired by the ‘Emerald Mist’ drink; a chilled mix of white rum, creme de menthe, lime juice, syrup, mint and soda, mixed by Star Bar’s Head Bartender, Mr Hisashi Kishi – International Bar Association World Champion and Japanese Government-awarded Contemporary Master Craftsman. The textured blue dial of this timepiece features a ‘eccentric gradient’, designed to resemble sparkling ice in a cocktail, illuminated by bar spotlights.
